Return Period
You are entitled to request a return or cancellation within 20–30 days of receiving your order. Return eligibility may vary depending on the shipping carrier's delivery policies, circumstances surrounding delivery, and the condition of the item upon return.
The deadline for requesting a return is 30 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. No additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The goods were purchased within the last 20–30 days.
The goods are unused and in their original condition.
The goods are returned in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is provided upon request.
Non-Returnable Items
The following goods cannot be returned:
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Custom artwork, commissioned artwork, or custom-designed products.
Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiration date.
Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons that have been opened or unsealed after delivery.
Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
BTArtist Creation reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. BTArtist Creation cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment.
Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the returned item or proof of successful return delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, including downloadable coloring books, digital resources, and printable materials, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded, unless required by law.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
